HOW WILL I KNOW I’M BENEFITING FROM MEDITATION?
Meditation is a natural process for restoring balance and harmony. Meditating creates a state of restful alertness, where we restore our memory of wholeness and allow the body to re-enliven its own healing mechanisms. You will know you’re benefiting from meditation when you notice the effects of meditation in your daily life (e.g. you’re happier, more relaxed, less stressed, less judgmental, or feeling more bliss). You may also find that people around you will notice the positive effects your meditation is having on your mind-body-spirit before you do.
