WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF MEDITATION?
Even though meditation should not be considered a cure by itself, research has shown it to be beneficial for a wide range of health issues. As many studies show, a regular meditation practice offers numerous health benefits, including lowering blood pressure, strengthening the immune system, releasing stress and fatigue, improving relationships, having greater intuition, and feeling greater vitality. As stress is greatly eliminated through Primordial Sound Meditation, our minds and bodies begin to function with maximum effectiveness, creating health, vitality, and happiness. In fact, meditating for half an hour can provide more psychological rest than a full night’s sleep (though should not be used as a substitution). As you meditate on a regular basis, you will notice an increased sense of well being, as well as greater energy and creativity.
